• 80% primary care; 20% addiction medicine (suboxone, vivitrol injections)
• Requires Board certification/eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine
• 4.5 days a week; clinic hours are 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM with half-days on Friday
• Clinic locations are in North Charleston and Moncks Corner
• Age 18+ population
• Weekend practice phone call is 1 in 6
